She will seduce men or woman for power at her own discretion. Kira seems to change her personality depending on the situation, as she does not really seem to have true feelings. She forsook them in her pursuit of power and now is nothing but evil.

The range of this version is a single football fields length and its width and height is that of two semis nose to tail with each other vertically and horizontally.

Description:By extending her reiryoku to the particles in the air she controls the soundwaves about her to create a nearly soundless set of attacks whenever she attacks, leaving on a slight hint of sound to those with the sharpest ears.

Description: In this form her Ressurection self sustains her body, meaning she needs not to eat, sleep, rest, nor does she even need time to really heal. In this form she gains a special cloak that is stronger than even her original Hierro. Her sword transforms into a set of knives, three grenades, gas bombs, and a powerful shotgun that shoots Cero's. The knives cut through Reiryoku. The grenades deal severe damage to anyone around them as the shrapnel flies from them. The gas in the gas bombs seem unaffected by anything that would try to get at the gas, while the gas acts like a corrosive against people's skin, burning them.

Description:Kira's ultimate Cero. This Cero covers an area of seven football field long, but the effect is more of a beam than a blast as it is concentrated. This beam can be fired from anywhere on her body, or anything she is holding or controlling. This Beam seems to suck all the water from the air so violently fires start the instant it is set off. Those within fifty feet of the beam are sucked towards the beam, and if hit, the beam will drain a great deal of Water out of their body. This Cero has a twelve turn cooldown, but does not need to be charged. This Cero is stronger than a level 120 kidou (If that exists XD)
History and RP Sample
History: This is the story of the vile being known as the Primero Espada, Kira Sunabouzu. As a child she was born with the name Yuri Sakeno. She was born with black hair and her eyes were like sapphires. She was a beautiful happy child. She never cut her hair as a child so by the age of six she had hair that reach very far down her legs. Because of this she was picked on a bit but she took it lightly, as she knew a joke when she heard one.
As a young girl she was wonderful. She made her mistakes, got in trouble for little fits, but minor things all in all. She was considered a blessing to the family by her parents. She did her chores, she worked hard on her homework, and she did everything she could to make people happy. And with all this, she was honestly happy with her life, she lived a great life as a young child.
In her teenage years she was still wonderful for her family. She still did work, she had plenty of friends around the school, and she worked just as hard then as she did when she was younger. She was an ideal daughter for many a person. She never skipped class, she never got less than a c on her report cards, and even those were rarities, and she always had a smile on her face.
In her years after school she attended a college in hopes of becoming a doctor, learning what she could from people as she went along her way. She got a job working part time at a pizza restaurant to help pay for anything she may need, but most of this went into her savings as she had scholarships to her college. But with every good story, this one must end in tragedy.
On her way home on a cloudy night, she fell victim to a couple of drunk drivers who had been drag racing down that street. She died of being crushed in her car, but the two drunks got out perfectly fine, their car's a mess, but they managed to only have a few scrapes and bruises. This happened on a clear area covered by sand as she had been living in the America's for a while. She had been going across the desert in Arizona when this happened.
Her spirit became attached to the desert, but without any memory of what had happened. So she stayed wandering the desert for such a long time that she eventually became a hollow by time. This was because no hollows were normally in this area, and no shinigami seemed to be assigned here. She was actually different from ost hollows however. She changed to look more like a different human than changing to look like a different being. Her hair changed to a white and goldish color. Her Eyes became purple and cat like. Her Reiryoku also was different from othe hollows, she seemed to control things that normal hollows did not.
She spent much time in the desert feeding off of the souls of those who came about her territory, but she grew bored of it after a while. She went to the world of Hueco Mundo after a while and began to feed off of those souls, but it bored her, it was too easy, the entire desert was for her to command, or so she thought.
She met the Arrancar of the Los Noches, and realized she could become stronger as well. So she trained by herself, needing no one but herself. She was powerful compared to even some Arrancar. She began to devour one after another as she consumed hollow after hollow in search for a gain of power. She got to the highest point as the Vasto Lorde status.
After reaching this she went to Los Noches under the direction of the man who was leading them. After reaching there, she was sent to become an arrancar. Upon transforming she looked relatively the same, but her energy was much greater than could have been imagined. She had greater reitsu than any other being that had ever come from Hueco Mundo.
Oddly even with this, she chose to be the Primero Espada, but she chose with grace, explaining it would be smarter for her to trick her opponents into thinking she was the second most powerful. She continued to train in this world, and discovered the powers of her Ressurection was greater than nearly anything else.
Kira annihilated her opponents that came against her. She ended up killing several Arrancar that dared to oppose her powers. After the previous Espada leader died, she took his place as the great Espada leader. She is now one of the strongest Espada that have been created.
RP Sample: The moon shone brightly in the sky as the wind whipped about the forest. Not a sound was to be heard but the crickets and the occasional sound of a crow cawing.The trees swayed softly with the wind as the scent of wild roses filled the air with a sweet scent. The moon was full on this cloudy night and all was well .
Karel and her squad traveled swiftly through the forest like a group of ravens in the night. They flew like thieves in the night amongst the trees as they searched the area for hollows. This squad she had pulled together were a few beginners she was training, she had to see if these younglings had what it took to make it in the shinigami world. She didn't want another accident, so she came personally.
Thats when the hollow appeared, this had to be a weaker class hollow, but she had to watch for her squad." Go get him boys." Her squad moved in and struck the hollow from all sides, and the hollow shot past them in retreat. Her squad looked in confusion, the hollow wasn't attacking them it had been running, but from what...Everyone was wary and waiting for what was to come.
Karel got her answer as a great roar went off and a gillian class hollow appeared and her squad retreated behind her. Karel drew her blade as she forced it to release without saying its name and she stared at the beasts eyes. She lifted her brush into the air and created a kanji for burn in the air. Fire sprang from the trees and burned the hollow violently as the trees and the hollow burned like a Christmas tree on the fourth of July.

Okay, where to start...
You may not have sound fire wind and sand for your family. Choose one.
All the techniques relating to the one you choose to leave must be removed.
Ungodly Might can be double, not triple.
Touch of Drought needs a time on it, and it needs to vary according to how powerful your opponent is.
Immense Reirokyou needs to be toned down. You can match a Captain Commander, but not one with a Vizard mask. Shinigami in the Seiretei do not have them, so this should not be a concern.
Once you edit for family I will look at your other techniques.

Spirit of Fire and Particle Manipulation need to be removed as they have nothing to do with your other abilities.

They both have to do with my powers, the particles are elemnts in sand, thusly I can control them, and spirit of fire is created from heat friction of the sand rubbing together

I'll allow that Spirit of Fire could occur under this, but it would be at the level of a rank 60-ish Kidou, not 100. Particle Manipulation is still not allowed though, as you cannot control the sound that it makes.

Sound is made through the vibrations of particles in the air, therefor if those particles are stilled, then silence.
